We booked Change Glazing and Locks to come and replace some failed units in our home. We also thought we would have to replace a whole bay window. However, when they came out to quote for us, he said that the frame could be saved and cleaned up, thus saving us money! Their customer service is excellent, as is their workmanship, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We shall certainly be using them again for any further glazing (and plumbing) needs.

James, Mark and the team were extremely helpful with fitting a code lock for our office. There was no fuss whatsoever. Within a matter of days from enquiring if the team can help us with fitting a lock, James had selected, booked in the engineer and had this fitted.
